Appears to be a UK PH Number. 44 787 ..... shows as fake number when reverse lookup... but int numbers are hard to track accurately.

Where in UK is this located? I see in one of the photos the vehicle was in Bollington, is this where it's located? I have family in and around Hull that I maybe able to have them inspect it for me.

And, what is the average cost of shipping to US?
