SOLD: 2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ Sport 4x4 85k Orig Miles Never Offroad OME/ARB Eastern NC

Observer
I need to upgrade to a larger SUV capable of hauling a larger boat, so my Cherokee must go. I am the second owner, and I bought it from my grandmother who put the first 80k miles on it. This is not a daily driver as I have a company car. It has NEVER been offroad and has no rust! It's been in piedmont NC the majority of it's life. The interior is virtually flawless. Clean title, never involved in an accident! Heat and A/C work great.

The details (I'm sure I'll miss a few):

2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ Sport 4x4 6 Cylinder Automatic
Cruise Control added
XJ Big Boy driver's side seat brackets for more leg room
DPG Super Ultimate XJ Old Man Emu Hybrid lift kit w/ 2.5" springs (http://dpgoffroad.com/products/44-5-inch-super-ultimate-xj-old-man-emu-hybrid-kit/) (bolts all paint marked)
5 Jeep TJ Rubicon Moab wheels w/ 245/75R16 Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac (Virtually brand new, spare has an older style Goodyear Wrangler MTR 245/75R16) upgraded black lug nuts (forget brand)
ARB Bull Bar Bumper
Fresh rear hatch struts
New battery
V8 ZJ Steering setup (Beefier drag link, tie rod, and tie rod ends) All Moog parts

Issues:
Some paint fading in areas
Oil pressure sending unit needs replacing
Tear in front of driver's side seat
Passenger front door needs new door check bracket

$8,800

Hmmm...

Unfortunately, I just blew the 3rd car budget so can't pick up a 4th right now. And you're local-ish, durn.

I'd say good luck with sale, but I don't think you'll need much luck due to miles and condition of body panels/unibody. It's a shame grandma didn't wax it or keep it covered though!

Thanks DailyJeep! I agree, Grandma should have waxed it some. She did drive this up until she was 93 years old!

In response to some PM's, here are more undercarriage pics:
