Observer
2004 Toyota Tundra Double Cab SR5 4x4 299,000 miles. Texas truck since new no rust, located in Central Texas an hour west of Austin, an hour north of San Antonio. Sorry about the single pic can get some more once the rain quits

Purchased at 200,000 miles I have been diligent about maintaining and upgrading this truck since I purchased 7 years ago. Below is what I can remember

Drivetrain – 4.7 V8 , one of Toyota’s best, doesn’t use oil. It has had the 270,000 mile timing belt done along with water pump, radiator, hoses, pulleys on the front and replaced the valve cover gaskets at the same time. I’ve replaced both catalytic converters since I’ve owned it as well as the exhaust from the resonator back. No check engine lights at all since the cats were replaced. I replace the spark plugs about every 30,000 miles. Change transmission fluid regularly along with transfer case and front/rear diff fluid. This truck has the factory limited slip. I’ve yet to be stuck or even close and its been from the beach to the mountains of Wyoming in winter and a lot of places in between.

Suspension – Replaced front coils with Tundra TRD coils with Bilstien 5100s. Add a leaf and Bilsteins in the rear. Probably lifted the truck 1.5 inches rides much better than when I bought it. Completely rebuilt the front end including upper and lower ball joints within the last 10,000 miles. It has a slight leak on the steering rack if I keep it will replace that someday soon just to make it 100%. Very recent front brake pads and rotors. Very recent Cooper All Terrains.

Exterior – Ranch hand front and customized rear bumper in the back, mounts just like the original and still use factory receiver hitch, led headlight bulbs and offroad lights. Has dings, a few hail dents and scratches but body is straight. I’ve used this on a ranch for the last 5 years. Paint a little weak on top of a couple of fender flairs and on the roof but it really cleans up nice and paint is shiny. Have a bed extender and bed is Rhinolined. A couple of rock chips in the windshield from road gravel but they haven't spread. ALSO will include a Softtopper canopy/camper made for the truck.

Interior – It has all power except for power seats. This includes power sunroof and power rear window. Everything works. Best AC and Heat of any car I’ve ever owned. I’ve had the seats recovered in man-made leather and replaced drivers cushion at the same time. I never like the look of the original cloth this looks much nicer and is more comfy to me. Had/has the JBL factory premium sound. I’ve replaced the head unit with a touchscreen Android with rear view camera. Still have the original stereo that I will include. It has an adapter that uses the factory amp so all parts are still in place.

I would not hesitate to drive this truck anywhere on the continent tomorrow. If it doesn’t sell my wife will be upset but I won’t, thought I would start here before posting on CL or Facebook. Certainly the best truck I’ve ever owned it just won’t haul the loads I need to haul anymore and I've gone back to a 5.9 Cummins. Feel free to text Steve at 512-829-7596
