Have decided to sell my Ursa Minor Jeep Camper top and 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. Have had both since 2012. Been mostly garage kept in California and Tennessee. Currently located in Tennessee.
Ursa Minor Top:
Is in great shape but does have some issues:
-some abrasion on canvas from where hinges pinched it. Some stains in the same area due to some issues.
-hinges have surface rust
-top part was painted black to match top but is faded
Jeep is a 2012 Unlimited Rubicon,
VIN: 1C4BJWFG5CL176980
132,235 miles (will go up)
Has front/rear lockers
Sway bar disconnect
skid plates
leather/heated seats
remote start
Automatic 5 speed
rock rails
Things I added:
-airlift Rear airbags
-Sumo spring helpers
-Hellwig Rear sway bar
-AEV Rear bumper with water container
-AEV rear tire carrier
(https://www.quadratec.com/products/12049_201X_PG.htm)
-Titan Fuel tank
(https://titanfueltanks.com/products/trail-trekker)
-Auxiliary fuel tank
(https://longrangeamerica.com/long-range-automotive-and-jeeps/)
-Dual Battery
(https://www.genesisoffroad.com/jk-dual-battery-kit)
-MOR sidemount, driver and passenger side
(https://www.morryde.com/products/jerry-can-side-mount-drivers-side/)
-Pyle rearview camera
-Dirtbagz
(https://www.dominionoffroad.com/jeep_jk_dirtbagz_storage_system/index.html)
-Teraflex third row seat w/ 2 door rear seat
(https://www.extremeterrain.com/teraflex-3rd-row-seat-bracket-kit-0718-jk-4-door.html)
-Rock hard third row bar
(https://www.rockhard4x4.com/product_p/rh-1032.htm)
-Smittybilt G.E.A.R. Overhead Console
(https://www.morris4x4center.com/g-e...m=4582901913101834&utm_content=bags & storage)
Also have slipstream security closure, I will throw in too.

Also have most of the takeoff parts that I will include. I also put sound proofing throughout the jeep and the entire front suspension was replaced with MOOG or teraflex parts
Probably more that I am forgetting but that is most of it. I was not really intending to sell the Jeep but I am going through some life changes where it kinda makes sense for me and it is a pretty well setup package.
So here is all I know about the jeep: I am original owner and I have done all the maintenance. This was the first year they put the 3.6l in it. There were some head cylinder problems for this year and 2013. I have had it replaced twice under warranty (2013 and this last March) and it currently has 2 years warranty remaining on this change. I will verify if it is transferrable. I asked the sales manager if I needed to get rid of it and he told me Jeep finally figured it out and he considered this to be the most reliable engine out there for Wranglers. This was his opportunity to try and sell me a new vehicle and he didn't so I trust it.
Issues I know about, sometimes get traction control light when I hit hard bump. Always clears and my understanding is it is a mismatch between where the steering wheel is and where the sensor thinks it should be. Rear locker sometimes doesn't want to disengage, I just take plug out and pop it with screw driver. Happens so infrequently I haven't really cared. Fenders are faded (I do have extras that can be put on).
It is a 10 year old vehicle so things do pop up, sensors going bad, etc.
Occasionally get a fuel code for gas cap, caused by auxiliary tank having different gas cap.
Minor accident where a car rolled back into the bumper at less than 5 miles. Plastic bumper has an impression but I have an extra bumper to replace it.
Close to needing new tires.
Has been a reliable vehicle and certainly has never left me stranded. Happy to answer any questions. Looking for $26,000 (that is with top and everything)
