I am the second owner of this 2013 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. I purchased the Jeep in June 2015 to use on a back-country road trip in the Western United States. After 10,500 miles racked up during our 2 and a half months on the road, mileage stands at 61,943.
You will be hard-pressed to find a better-equipped and more capable adventure vehicle that can literally go anywhere. This Jeep was converted in 2013 using $40,000 in parts and labor with professional installation being done at AT Overland in Prescott, AZ. Additionally, This Jeep Rubicon comes factory equipped with Dana 44s with front and rear locking differentials, front sway bar disconnect, 4:1 transfer case gear ratio, factory skid plates and rocker protection!

Nearly all the comforts of a full size RV, built on a small “go anywhere” platform.
This includes 18.2 gal of fresh water capacity, exterior shower system (w/ full enclosure) with hot water heater and high-pressure pump, dual battery charging system with starting battery isolator and low-voltage disconnect, National Luna Fridge and Freezer, Partner Steel stove, and loads of lockable storage. Also, the ability to haul and comfortable sleep two adults (a third is possible), along with the security of an on-board air compressor, 10 gal of extra fuel storage and top of the line recovery equipment.

With this Jeep, you get one of the highest quality rooftop tents available with the James Baroud Discovery Extreme and still have the option to remove the “Freedom Panels” on a sunny day, so you can go “topless” as Jeeps were intended. The Discovery Extreme tent provides the capability to carry an additional full size tire giving this Jeep a total spare tire capacity of 2!

AT Overland did a fantastic installation/conversion. The wiring is impeccable, and everything has the fit and finish of a factory production vehicle. They stand behind their work and products 100%.
In some ways, this is a better Jeep than when I purchased. The dual battery controller had issues immediately, however, AT Overland stood by the product and replaced the unit when we swung by their shop on our return. I also had the front rotors and pads replaced as well as a full brake system flush back in September at 56600 miles. Additionally, the brackets that secure the tent closed were stressed. James Baroud sent out new brackets that had been redesigned to provide better clearance and more leverage when closing. The Jeep comes with full Sirius satellite radio activated through July 2016.
Fill up the fridge/freezer, top off the LP tank and take off on your next adventure! One caveat is that, although the tires still have around 20% tread, they were really used on the trail so should be replaced. Currently, lots of road noise. Since tires can be a very personal preference, I have elected to not put new tires on the vehicle. Additional accessories (and only a few months old) like Garmin GPS, Delorme InReach Explorer Satellite communication device, Camping Utensils, Camping seats quality bedding, including a great comforter from Cuddledown that has been field tested down to 29F can be negotiated to be included with the sale.
