Doh, thanks, @driller. I updated the first post with miles (93,575) and location (Flagstaff, AZ).
No concerns with engine or emissions, I've had it a little over a year and put ~18,000 miles on it (driven all over AZ, NV, CO and spent the winter in Arkansas), all it has required is routine maintenance (oil changes and transmission fluid change at 90,000). A recent pre-purchase inspection revealed that the rear shocks are starting to seep and may require attention soon. Other than that everything was marked as okay (verbiage from the mechanic). I am happy to share that with anyone who is interested. The rear shocks are expensive and I've tried to account for that in asking price, I am open to offers as I have an 86 Syncro that I want to give my attention.
