Turnkey Expedition Vehicle/Adventure Truck for Sale - Sales Price: $195,000

Description (more details and pictures in second posting)
Please see this posting if you are interested in buying just the camper or just the truck.

These opportunities do not come around very often. This is a turnkey expedition vehicle based on a 2022 Ford F250 Super Duty Tremor (with Lariat Ultimate Package) carrying a highly modified Mits Alloy flatbed and features a nicely upgraded, high-end Supertramp Flagship LT camper. The eye-catching design of this entire vehicle is unique and confidently reflects the capabilities this vehicle has.

The entire build was put together with the idea of extensive off-road travel and going to places not easily accessible - all while bringing luxury and certain comfort creatures along for the ride. There is nothing else to figure out - it has been done for you, tested out in the wild, and then further improved. Scared of fuel-range issues? Rest assured, the upgraded 58 Gallon tank takes the range anxiety out of the mix. Air Conditioning to keep your pets safe while out on a day hike? Check. Shower and toilet? Check. Satellite Internet? Yep, got that as well. And and and - the list of features, functionality, and amenities is long - as you would expect for a well-thought-out expedition vehicle.

All parts and components are of high quality. The Ford Super Duty platform is known for its strength and durability. The 7.3 Liter Godzilla engine has been designed by Ford for longevity and is easy to service and maintain. The Supertramp camper is a top-of-the-line camper made from composite material in a highly sophisticated building process (Vacuum-infused carbon fiber reinforced shell). Putting an expedition vehicle together requires a vision but also a team that executes and delivers that vision. All the heavy lifting aka work has been done by Basil and his crew at Basil's Garage here in Vista, CA (San Diego). Lifting the truck by installing the high-end Carli Pintop suspension - yep, done by Basil's Garage. Upgrades to the solar and electrical system? Same. The list goes on and on. You can rest assured that this vehicle is the real deal and not a pavement princess.

Features and Details can be found in the next posting.

This expedition vehicle has been used on and off-road and masters challenging situations with ease. The idea behind this expedition vehicle is to provide full off-road capabilities and get you deep into the backcountry, up and down steep mountains, conquering rugged terrain as if it were the road to the country club. This expedition vehicle has everything you need for long-term travel and allows you to stay off-grid for an extended amount of time. Your limits are food, trash, and dirty laundry.

Things you need to know
The truck performs fantastic on dirt, mud, and snow. On pure ice, it struggled a little bit, but 4Low took care of it. But honestly, most vehicles would struggle to drive on a road completely covered in ice. The truck itself has been clear-coated in January 2024 and existing scratches have been buffed out during that time. The side storage boxes show some character aka minor scratches as to be expected from an expedition vehicle. Overall, the vehicle has been very well cared for. The truck is still under factory warranty where applicable (Drivetrain, etc.). Carli provides a limited lifetime warranty for their suspension and hitch. Receipts are available for everything. Basil's Garage in Vista, CA has done almost all of the work and is very familiar with this vehicle. I invite you to talk to Basil about this vehicle. Oil changes have been done frequently either by the dealership, Basil's Garage, or myself. The rear leaf springs are a bit squeaky, and that is being addressed next week following the manufacturer's recommendations. (completed on 01/22/2024 at Basil's Garage)

Weather & Elements
I have slept in the camper in temperatures ranging from 18 degrees Fahrenheit to 100 degrees Fahrenheit and have been comfortable at all times. Not me personally, but other Supertramp camper owners have reported that they comfortably slept in even colder temperatures in their campers and were always comfortable. Please talk to Kelsey at Supertramp if you want more information about what other customers have put their campers through in that regards. The AC is a bit noisier than desired, but I came to terms with that. The Truma Combi Eco Plus is a fantastic, premium-level furnace and water heater. It can be pre-programmed for heat and warm water which makes it nice not having to get out of bed before the camper is warmed up. I have had the camper out in the desert in extreme windy conditions. The soft-top fabric does barely move if at all in the wind. You hear the wind, and maybe the vehicle rocks in strong winds, but the camper and the fabric are super solid. I've lowered the camper roof once during extremely strong winds and slept comfortably on the couch. This was more me being concerned than really needed to protect the camper, but you get the idea of what I am saying.

Why am I selling? My plans have slightly changed, and I need a little bit more space due to the type of work I do and how I work.

#Reserved for more pictures and additional info
Sales Price: $195,000 - total cost to build this has been about $241,000
Location: Vista, CA
Availability: Immediately
No accidents
Clean title
PH: 303-525-5059 - please text first so that I know to answer the call. Please leave a voicemail in case I cannot answer your call for whatever reason.

Adding some additional info about the electrical upgrades as that is one of the biggest upgrades to the Supertramp camper. The Redarc BCDC1250 are combining the MPPT and DC/DC chargers into one device. I have two BCDC1250DC devices and that is key. When I idle the truck, I am getting a 100AH net charge even though I am running Starlink and my monitor at the same time. The same solution can be achieved with devices from other manufacturers, but now that I have seen the Redarc's do their thing I do not even bother. This stuff just works. Adding the Redarc's required a change to the wiring system. I could have gone cheap and risk an electrical fire down the road, but seeing what Basil from Basil's Garage has done for me - i was a no-brainer to follow his recommendation. On clear, sunny skies I know I will be done charging the batteries around noon. The main goal is to make it though one work week without having to worry about things.

WOWOWOW!!! I’ve watched this build from the beginning and I’ll say it’s probably the most well built well thought out ST in the country. I have my own, #73 but the upgrades to the solar and DC/DC chargers this already has are what ST should have done from the factory.

GLWS, whoever buys this has a turn key rig that should last a lifetime…. Kinda wish I didn’t already own one. I’d love to have that flatbed and those upgrades on mine!!!!

So much of what I want, but honestly, more than I need in some regards. I've been pricing out a new F250 Tremor and a new ST camper, and I was sure if I wanted to commit that muych money into my future setup, and here you come with a rig that's steps beyond what I was contemplating.

I know what you're saying. I started where you are right now and then realized it would not do what I wanted it to do. So, the whole evolved and turned into this unique expedition vehicle.

Anyway, this is definitely a turnkey opportunity. Everything has been figured out and is reflected in the capabilities of this rig. Just fill it with your gear, get some food and gas, and then go and explore.

There are times I wish I was better with saving my 💸 instead of the slow drain of modifying my truck setup 😞

Way out of my price range, but bump for an awesome build.

I received a question if I would sell the truck only or better separate the camper and the truck and sell them individually. Sorry, but currently this is being sold as one complete unit/rig only. Thank you for your understanding.
After watching your videos I’d have to agree this should stay as a package. Everything is built to work together. Man I love that build!!!

Please excuse me if my "knuckleheaded" question is offending or inappropriate...

Why build the truck, then sell it?

Are you in a cash "bind"?

Or do you think you can build "turnkey" adventure rigs then sell them for a profit??? :ROFLMAO:
:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
DTAdventure has explained this in another forum but since he’s the seller I’ll let him explain….
