Hello again Expedition portal -

Zach Reinitz back again with my latest camper build.

Our latest build is a truly awesome machine. It is an international, overland-ready expedition vehicle built with the highest regarded industry components. The truck manages rough terrain smoothly and provides a luxury driving experience on the road. The camper utilizes Timberline’s diesel-powered hydronic heating system along with a Wallas diesel cooktop. This means you never have to stop for propane again. The entire camper runs off a single fuel source - whenever you fuel up at a diesel station you’re also able to ensure your cooking and heating sources are topped of as well. The camper features a drop out shower stall and slide out toilet – providing the benefit of a fully enclosed bathroom but utilizing far less space in the camper. The lithium powered solar system keeps everything powered up virtually indefinitely, leaving you ready to explore without planning to conserve power. The 6.7 Power Stroke engine moves the truck along swiftly with more than ample torque for even the steepest of mountain grades. Rough and rocky terrain? Deep desert sand dunes? Deep water crossings? Don’t worry…with 42” Continental tires on bead lock wheels you can simply air down, engage your front locker, and continue to push though the most challenging terrain on route to your next dream overland destination. Once your back at camp, easily air up utilizing the onboard air system plumbed to each corner of the truck. Nighttime falling? Kick on your exterior rigid lights, crank on the interior floor heat and settle into another awesome night on the road. Once your back at home after a long adventure, you are free to simply lift the camper off the truck, using the Rico lift jacks, leaving you with an off-road ready, flatbed work truck/tow machine.

Western Dirt Rat
Rad setup. Any alignment system or just eyeball it and back it up? Looks like those flares would be really close to the jacks. How does it tie down? GLWTS

The Rico titan jacks swing out on hinged mounts to allow the clearance for the fender flares. Alignment is easier than it looks - using the array of fancy backup cameras and the trucks excellent side mirrors -. you simply align yourself using the jacks and flares as your reference point. The campers frame and core supports of the flatbed sort of slot together making for a self aligning system once you begin to lower the camper. Any additional adjustments can be made utilizing the rico jacks to shimmy the camper around if necessary. Its takes me about 15 mins to unload / and I would guess 25 mins to reload. The camper is secured using 4 very large (32mm socket) grade 8 bolts that secure through the flatbed and into a reinforced frame section of the camper. The spare tire swingout has one bolt removed from the upper heim joint and the entire unit will swing low enough to clear the camper. The process becomes very simple after a little instruction and practice .

Great Overlander!
Question on your flatbed. Is this a standard skirted CM flatbed or did you have to custom order or modify to fit the 41" supersingle?
