Won't be camping for the time being so looking to sell so someone else can enjoy it. Tent is in excellent condition with no holes, stains, or tears. Bought from Equipt1 last year and used a couple of times. One small problem I noticed with the tent when I installed was one corner of the windows was actually stitched into the tent itself so the window won't zip down in that particular area. Didn't really worry about it as the other 3 windows provided excellent ventilation. I'm pretty sure if I mentioned this to Paul, he would have sent another one out but it actually looks to be an easy diy fix. Looking for a local sale only (Durham, North Carolina) and will let go for 1100.00
