Good condition. It mounts to the Dual Swing-Out Rear Bumper and you can mount up to two rotopax on it.
It was installed on my 4runner but I recently switched a more traditional jerry can (nato) and don't need this mount anymore.

Comes with all the hardware you need to install on your Expedition One Dual Swing Arm rear bumper.

I believe Expedition one currently sells the mount at at $199 but I do not see it on their website listed as an accessory - only as an option when buying a dual swing out rear bumper: https://expeditiononestore.com/products/5th-gen-4-runner-dual-swing-out-rear-bumper
