2001 Chevy Express 3500 turbo diesel 6.5l

Front and rear leaf spring
Insulated and sound proofed
Virtually no rust
Rhino lined gator green
New BfGoodrich allterrain tires 265/75/16
Onboard air system by Viair

Truck vault storage system optional
Optional 250 ah battery system can easily adapt to solar with xantrex inverter
Also has additional dual battery system for custom audio system
Ceiling lowering TV 21" but never connected.
New fuel filter, air filter, lot more.
up to date on registration and smog. This van doesn't use Catalic converter so smog pass is quick and easy and don't have to worry about theft.
New AC compressor with hoses
Full inspection completed two separate automotive shops.
All new brakes and some other minor items complete cost nearly $3000 completed as result, brakes were completely replaced. that was 90% of cost. This wasn't a necessary replacement but I prefer to avoid issues on the road. Plus cost of labor would have been much higher later.
Cant say enough good stuff about this rig. Great for off-road great for camping. Great for overlanding.
26 gallon tank.
One bonus is the front axle has a locker however it is disconnected completely. For those mechanically inclined should be easy to reconnect. I find the locking hubs seem to do the job pretty well since I dont do crazy trails. I didn't bother.
Interior is costume work however it is incomplete. The floor needs to be layed down which I started but can't finish. I moved from house to condo and gave away all my tools, long story, but I can't finish it right now. I still take it out camping and it suits me fine the way it is only I'd like to finish the floors. Floor is insulated and covered but wood floors what I wanted. This van is an attention getter you will get ton of people giving you props and asking ton of questions. Its just one of those kind of rigs.
Mechanically nothing is wrong with this rig. You can confidently go where you want and not worry about being stranded. Cosmetically interrior is 90% instead of 100%. this is not a family kind of van more of a couples van that just want to go where most cant.
Sounds system is super loud it's professionally installed but the radio itself sucks. Too old.
Tire hoist was removed. I wanted to use the space for water tank.
Its not allowing me to add photos. Says it's too big to process so email me. ill create a google drive folder to share later. its nothing spectacular so if you looking for luxury this aint the one. :)
