Will this be able to ship to USA?
It’s really more a three part question:
1) Can it be shipped to the US?
2) Can it make it past an inspection by the import police/Homeland Security?
3) Can it be licensed and insured?

We know the answer to #3 is no, it cannot be registered for on-road use in the US.

I’m not sure about #2.

So in response to everyone. You can register the car in Panama, anyone can do this and I can assist with the process, and the car can be driven in the US for 1 year under a Temporary Import Permit. Then the vehicle needs to leave and re enter the US.

You left out EPA. This would never pass because of that alone, much less the rest. 100% will never be on US roads for 25 years, outside of the temp permit process.
