In this day and age of high inflation and where everything van life related and 4x4 is at least $60,000 plus and with 1yr plus lead time, I hope this represents a reasonable value to someone looking to enjoy the outdoors without breaking their bank...

E350 7.3 Powerstroke Built campervan, 1997 model year aka Forged connecting rods and internals, Quigley 4x4 Hi and low, Agile RIP, Dana 60 front and back, leather Sienna driver and passenger seats with EXPO VAN mounts, Class V tow hitch. Built with a custom sleeping platform, storage, kitchen and includes :

In short, if you are looking for a modular camper van that can serve as a cargo van, tow rig or a camper for two, don't want to pay sportsmobile prices, this is the rig you want. No EGR, DPF, DEF and such. With EPA cracking down on emissions delete, these engines are getting rarer and dearer by the day.

New leather Toyota sienna seats with EXPO vans mount - Driver and passenger. Seat belts mechanism carried over from Ford seats

Driver and passenger grab handles that use plus nuts and 3/8 grade 8 bolts and 1000lb D rings like everywhere else in this van. All grab handles can double up for hammock hang points

Thule roof bars - 4 nos (Roof basket not included)

Adrian steel cargo partition with locking door and molle system, for safety and security

Adrian steel locking shelves and drawers for cargo arrangement and security

Fully insulated with kilmat, velor carpet, refletix and 3M insulation

Bed rug van mat

Full van floor painted with bed liner

Bungee cord storage system on all cargo door window pockets secured using stainless hardware. Each door bungee provides about 30L in storage capacity

CCV Type kitchen and bath galleys in side cargo door with tables and molle system

Both rear and cargo doors have additional storage in the bottom cavities

4 individual molle system throughout, 2 in front door, 1 each at side cargo door and interior divider door

Quickfist mounts

Anderson plugs prewired to the van's dual battery system to accommodate solar, and feed camper power requirements. Rated for 60 amp draw

2 nos 12V sockets and 4 USB sockets in camper section

Pelican outdoor box for dirty gear storage. Secured using 1/4 in 8nos. Stainless bolts. Waterproof.

SURCO stainless steel ladder with safe treads. All foot contact areas in van have safe treads

Master lock puck lock for cargo doors. Combined with locking cargo partition door, entire cargo portion of van is a lockbox.

Modular bed and storage system. Secured through L Track hardware. Bed can be taken off in 10 mins and van returned to carry cargo

All cargo L tracks and mount points secured through 3/8 plus but and grade 8/ stainless hardware. No self tapping screws used at all.


4-L tracks @ 4 ft each run on the floor of the van and 2- L tracks @ 4 Ft each run on each walls



Maintenance specific: All done in the last 20K miles. Have receipts if done at dealer or parts bills, logs if done at my mechanics. Very clean chassis and rhino lined bottom 1 ft and rain gutters. Only rust was on fender that was taken care of.

JW Speaker LED headlights

New Specter fuel tank (look up ford tank delamination)

New tires Cooper ST MAXX 5 nos. 235 x 85 x 16

Class V hitch and 4 pin wiring

Reverse backup cam and mirror

New tie rods, king pin ball joints

Royal purple fluids throughout

New differential gaskets front and back

New lock cable actuator metal ends ( common mod so you don't get locked out due to ************ ford design)

New door handles (common area of concern. Metal one metal wear causes excessive play and younger locked out )

New power window motors and assembly

Wow. Read the description and was expecting the price to be the $60k at the top. Props to OP for a very fairly priced rig. Wish I had the extra money laying around, but I'm sure there will be no trouble selling this.
