Interior:
All birch cabinets built by cabinet maker in Vail Arizona.
9” Full XL (54x80)Mattress that I cut into three pieces and modified the original covering to keep the memory foam top in place. If you have ever made a bed in a tear drop trailer, you know it’s a pain to get the sheets on while you are sitting on the bed trying to pull the corners up. This three piece mattress solves that problem.

Fantastic fan with rain sensor in roof

LEDreading lights.

Smoke and CO detector.

Thermostat to control Propex HS2211 propane heater.
Curtains on both doors and stargazer window

ARB annex room. I modified this to attach to the trailer to provide a way in and out of trailer and to prevent bugs from entering when zipped up.

Right exterior:
This side has the same 30x36” door
The water fill door
The shower control and hose door
The large box is the Propex HS2211 heater. This has two exits inside trailer. One is a vent down by where your feet will be. The other is the two small round vents you see in center section of the cabinets. The one propane tank fuels the heater as well as the water heater.
Foxwing 270 degree awning
Porch light

Frame and Suspension:
I mimicked the Turtleback frame and originally I had used the same Torsion Axle they used to use.
In May of 2020, I redid the suspension by installing the Timbren Axle Less HD suspension. This is the 3500 axle with 5200 components including 12” brakes. There is less than 100 miles on this set up.
The fenders are steel tube with aluminum skin. You can stand on these to reach the roof
I then sprayed the frame, tongue box and fenders with 2-part Raptor Bedliner

Very impressive build brother! I am interested. GVW ? The hitch is ? not familiar with the look. Is it articulating style?, name?
I like the plywood you used for the cabinets. I've used for cabinets also, good stuff!

Looks to be an older version of CU Offroad's Max Coupler.

@VDBAZFJ did you build the trailer?

Thank you guys for the nice words!

it is a max coupler.

I built the trailer with the exception of the cabinets. I had a cabinet maker build those for me.
Dry weight was 2250 before the heater install. Probably added 50 pounds.
