I have a Kirk Enterprises Window Mount up for sale.
Bought this for our season we spent in Yellowstone and used it quite a bit to shoot out of the vehicle. Since then, it's sat in a bag and has yet to be used.
I'm sure someone can use it and I hate just having it sit around when it's such a cool piece of equipment.

This is what you get for $150
Here is what it looks like with a lens mounted on it sitting on the ground which it can be used as a table top tripod or set on the hood of your vehicle. It has soft rubber feet so it wont mar the finish on your hood
The Camera, Lens & Wimberley head are not included, although for a little more, the truck can come with it
