I have for sale a very original M416 1/4 ton trailer. Completely unaltered.
the rust you see is surface. the floor is solid.
Comes with a spare set of oem military rims and oem military wheel bearings.
Also comes with army paint supply OD Green in spray cans. This is more of an olive green. Plus 2 cans of vintage oil based camo paint.
I was planning on fixing this up but have since decided not to. Everything works as it should. It is a lunette stye hitch so you will need a receiver to get it home.
The wheels have crack in them but are holding air (these are still tubed). I brought it home from West Virginia no issues.
Year shows 1990, however that was what was on the W-Virginia title, I am sure it is older.
