Sorry for the late response, I have been on a trip the last few weeks but will answer all posted questions.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Absolutely no evidence of cracking of the 'A-pillars and top of the windshield housing' in fact I've never heard of that being a concern with the Alu-Cab roof conversion. The only modification was a larger rubber gasket seal on the front of the tent (above the windshield) that was supplied under warranty by Alu-Cab.Have you checked for cracking on the top of the A-pillars and top of the windshield housing, also did you add thicker rubber around the Alu-cab top and internal bed frame? Or is it all just how Alu-cab installed it?
I have been very transparent on the origins of this build and I can assure you that it is not 'just the D90 VIN plate on a 110 body/chassis'. I welcome and encourage any inspection for potential buyers but I utilized many mechanical, body, interior, dash including the original bulkhead with factory (original) vin stickers and plates on this build. I registered without problem and hold a legitimate New Mexico title so I cant imagine that there would be any paperwork hassles for future owners. Not to come off like a jerk here, but you're selling a salvage titled NAS D90 that is really just the D90 VIN plate on a 110 body/chassis of indeterminate origin? It looks like a fantastic truck and I have huge respect for the amount of work this takes as I go through my own Series truck, but this seems like it could be a huge paperwork hassle down the line.
That would be the “SheZimm is leaving, Zimm is done with SheZimms, and Zimm is checking out”, old man bachelor pad. Unfortunately, there appears to be something wrong with this one, as she’s not leaving. No sale.
I'm not sure this is constructive or worthwhile! What all got used from the NAS?

Clearly it would be, as there would be no speculation if it was transparent. You know how it was built, and what exactly was used, so just list them and end it.I'm not sure this is constructive or worthwhile!
Dale,I really like this build. It exudes quality, simplicity, maintainability. Two axles, no towing. Enough room for two old f*rts. Access and egress doable. Can you explain how one accesses the sleeping area? SWMBO and I are getting old. We gave up RTTs because climbing ladders at night became an issue. I guess you could call us agility challenged. Is the sleeping area accessible for us?
