NOTES RE PROBLEMS FROM PREVIOUS OWNER:
It's a 20 year old truck, it HAD some issues:
· There were water leaks at some time; it has some delamination in places. I re-epoxied the worst areas and it has not seemed to get worse. All the seams were sealed with Eternabond tape to prevent further leaks. STILL NO LEAKS
· Also it leaked around the AC unit prior to us purchasing it, we removed the leaking AC unit and leaking has stopped.
· The shift cable needs adjustment, it goes into gear fine but the indicator is weird, D is where N is etc. SHIFT CABLE FIXED,
· TRANSMISSION REBUILT WITH HEAVY DUTY TORQUE CONVERTER AND OTHER PARTS AND TRANSMISSION FLUID COOLER STILL UNDER WARRANTY
· Generator needs to be started externally only, the fuel pump has been re wired to an external switch as the original wiring failed. Still runs just fine. GENERATOR STARTS AND STOPS INTERNALLY NOW
· Consider obtaining new rear tires, they are re-treads, still very new, but get some tread squirm on the highway. NEW TIRES NO MORE SQUIRMING
