No, but more than you might think. Dallo Air occasionally made unscheduled stops in Hargeisa.

More seriously, DFID may have some folks on the ground full time and, I believe, USAID has made some visits. Somaliland is an amazing success story. May not be perfect, but very different from the area around Mogadishu.

wow, that's pretty hardcore. Somaliland is supposed to be the "safest" of all 3 if i remembered correctly.
