As long as rats haven't gotten to the tent that would be an amazing find, replacing the hinges and torsion bar wouldn't be that hard. I'd buy that thing just to have a spare flip-pac. I feel sad now considering I paid eight times that for mine...

Looks like it had a full interior build out on an expo rig, wonder what happened....
