Progress is being made- I've finished the doors and wired the lights. I found a 5-gang switch panel on eBay with a power port, USB port, and voltage meter. I wired the ceiling vent fan with a switch to toggle between exhaust and intake directions (suck or blow).

The power inverter probably won't see much use, but I already had it so I installed it. The toggle switch changed the fan direction.

These are the lights I used. Plenty bright.

The roof is on (3/8 CDX) - plenty of screws and liquid nails. The next step is some elastomeric caulking to fill any gaps and imperfections. I was hoping to get some painting done before the weekend, but allergies have rerouted those ideas.

The roof has received 3 coats of elastomeric roof coating (Black Jack Elasto-Kool 700 ). So far, so good. I should be able to get the interior stained and the exterior painted this week, if all goes well.

The exterior is painted & trimmed- olive drab and flat black. The next steps are finishing the interior, plumbing the L.P., mounting the battery box, and wiring the taillights.

Today the rig had its first road test- to the scales to get a weigh slip for registering as a homemade trailer. Total dry weight was a lean 880 pounds. The NYS registration was $20.50. It tows like a dream.

Also added a small "Murphy" table. I'm shooting for a Father's Day maiden camp-out.

also added some AA lights from Harbor Freight. Easy to use if the 12V system fails or you just need a light quickly.

Such great work! Loving the aesthetic of your trailer.
Can I ask a noob question and what/how does the bearing buddy help ? Keeps the grease more contained longer?
