Where do you get one of those spare tire carriers?

It's a spare tire carrier from an early Jeep CJ5 I believe. It might be off a military M38A1 Jeep too. The early Jeeps have the same bolt pattern wheels as the M416. In fact, the wheels on my M416 are Jeep wheels too.
