Stateside lads, where do you buy parts?

While I have it up for sale, the more I think about it, the more I want to keep my Rover.

It's a rare, non-US import 2-door Rangie. Where can I source parts for it?

I don't have all the URL's, just google the name + Land Rover

DAP
Atlantic British
Rovers North
rovahfarm
British Pacific
roversdownsouth

Those are a few, there are others.
Some 2-door body parts may be difficult to find.
There are quite a few domestic parts that fit that are cheaper than even the pattern parts from the UK.

Eric at Atlantic British: www.roverparts.com
Rovers North: www.roversnorth.com
British Pacific: www.britishpacific.com

and for the hard to find grey market pieces try,
George at Rovers Down South: www.roversdownsouth.com
i even got the early bushes for the radius and trailing arms from him.

For used parts, there is:
Will Tillery 434.251.9331 willtillery@roverguy.com WWW.ROVERGUY.COM (rover guy as above)
Paul Grant http://stores.ebay.com/Classic-Rovers 203-770-1699

You my friend have stumbled upon the classic quandry for rare LR owners here in the USA.

I believe the most prudent course of action would be to start scouring the country for more 2-door Range Rovers and buy them sight unseen.

It's the only way to be sure...

For the most part, I have been able to find everything I need for my 2door. As long as you don't need/want new door cards, or some trim pieces, you will be fine. you just need to be specific about what vehicle you have when talking to your reps. :)

...and if you were hoping for new door cards, carpet kits, headliners, etc...?

Thanks for the info!

Please dont forget one of the forum sponsors. Lucky8 We have access to much more then you see on the site.

For starters, I'm looking for carbs and a vacuum guide for an 82 2-Door Range Rover.

I also need a full interior carpet kit, headliner, door cards, front seats, and a dash would be great if you had one.

For the moment, that's all... :ylsmoke:

Which carbs are you running? Su or Stromburg? by vacuum guide do you mean a balancer or do you need the specs? I have the early range rover factory manual. I can look up anything you want, or I can scan a page or two for you as well.
