I really, really like the idea, and I see this being used to store and transport for those of us that don't have the luxury of a safe. That being said, I hope it has close to Pelican/Storm-like build quality. Wish it had latches on each end as well, also less than impressed by the look of the hinge. The size and shape remind me of a custom cutout case I had made once made for a laser receiver mast and, though the case walls were as thick as a regular Pelican case, the length made it very torsionally flexible and the lid was almost floppy when opened.
