That is a primitive campground at Slough Creek in the north end of the park near mammoth hot springs. Apparently this area is tough to get into. I kind of lucked into it when I was exploring one morning. It is first come first served, no reservations. Plan to arrive there around 6:30 or 7:00 am to see who leaves. That site is appropriately labeled as #1. A much bigger vehicle would easily fit. I can't really say enough good about the spot. It was really lovely when I was there at the end of September. There was a pit toilet at the campground that was kept cleaner than many bathrooms with running water. I think they close this campground around October 1.
Avoid mammoth hot springs campground. It's packed tight and right next to a road. Another decent place nearby is just outside the park north entrance in the national forest at eagle creek campground.
