Suggestion needed for the RTT

I was about to buy an Tepui tent, when one of my friend offered to sell his very lightly used Tepui Kukenam XL tent for $1300. Tent look like new and there are no issues with the tent, my friend is buying a James Braoud tent.

Is $1200 a fair price for a lightly used tent? and is Tepui Kukenam XL good tent?

I would buy one for 1200. By way of example, I sold my lightly used Tepui Ayer (their smallest model) for about 80% of the new price after 1 year. The buyer, a site member, got a good deal because I happened to be driving his wayOne weekend and hauled and installed it.

Very good deal. If you want a never used Autana Siberian camp with annex and anti code station Matt instead I'll sell you it and take the Kukenam XL .
