Suggestions on a good vbt/cbt for adobe lightroom?

Getting a copy via a good friend who works at adobe. So now I want to learn the basics for photo processing via a video or computer based training course. Any suggestions?

Thanks Colin. I ended up downloading the Scott Kelby ios "crash course" training app for both photoshop cs6 and lightroom 4. Now I just have to wait on the software to arrive from Adobe...
