Suggestions on vent fan for 29” A.R.E. DCU

Hi all, in the process of converting the back of a 29” ARE DCU cap into a camper for a one or two month road trip my girlfriend and I will be taking. I’m planning on doing 1” insulation all around and carpeting or wood paneling the inside. Just finished a good 7 hours of cleaning mold and old pest control chemicals from the inside of it with a 50/50 bleach and water solution.

I’m looking at both of these:
Maxx Air Fan Dome, 6" Fan, Black Amazon product ASIN B07VXSVB9H ~200 CFM, and
Hike Crew 11” RV Roof Vent Fan – 12V Motorhome Fan w/ 3 Speed Intake & Exhaust – Manual Crank Lift & Smoke Lid – Includes Screws & Garnish Amazon product ASIN B08GRD4CS5
I’m between thinking the 6” vent (200 CFM max) would be insufficient and that the 11” (350 CFM max) would be overkill and take up a lot of space (will be solar panel up top). The 6” also seems to be able to stay open in the rain while the 11” does not. I’m guessing the cap has around 140 cubic feet of space. Does anyone have any experience with going with the smaller vent? Or maybe any other ones out there? Thanks

Fantastic fan but yes likely overkill CFM and hatch size

I’m trying to keep it on the cheaper and smaller side, so Fan-tastic fan is out of the question for me. I’ll probably go with the 6” and hope for the best

I think there is a mod for a few bucks for the Maxxair fan

I you check out a YT guy, Cycle Cruza, he built a Bug-out Moto Van and has a couple of small fans simular to the one upo show, and it seems to work well. He has then under his panels I believe.

Have not used it camping yet, been super cold here. I did wire it up in the ceiling and ran it, not crazy loud and seems like it’ll pull enough air.

I'm moding one of those for my truck. I'm on the fence now on wether or not I want to put the shelves back in...
Mines a short bed so It's not long enough to sleep in.
