I believe the initial rig is still being developed, hence the renderings, but they have shared some progress on other media outlets.

This particular build looks to be FLASHY! Ha. (Though I have no idea if the exterior color nor visible parts of the interior, are going to be red).

My initial thoughts, when I first heard the details of the Paragon in late 2025, were that it fit into a nice slot between the Flagship HT (for a 6.5' bed) and the Megatron on an F550 with 41" tires. Megatron is an amazing piece of kit, but out of the price range for most of us and also too large for where and how many use their campers. The Paragon sits on a F350 with 8' bed, rather than F550. Still has 7' interior height. Options for wet bath, pass through, and other nice features. Has a storage garage, side entry and huge cabover space. And in my opinion, this has a little more realistic suspension lift and wheel/tire packages (the optional Carli/Alcan lift with 35" or 37" tire options). Still a large, spacious rig, but will actually fit down some trails compared to the Megatron.

The introductory price of $189,000 for the base model including basic standard-cab pickup seems like a good starting point. Upping the F350 model and cab layouts and trims will add expense, but nice they are not forcing one into a mid to high trim package or cab configuration that you don't want or need (like many turnkey campers do). There are all manner of camper options and if you tick all the boxes, the price will start to climb accordingly. The "Build and Price" function is not yet available for the Paragon.

I probably won't have much else to add until the first one is built and I see it in person, but will be fun to discuss some of the features and speculate a bit until then.

The red coating could be a protective film or a mould release depending on what stage that box is in.

Agreed on the liquid springs suspension. The new F350 version is neat and probably performs well, but very pricey and still uses up the space of the spare tire, I believe, which I don't care for.

The base Paragon comes with no lift but aftermarket wheels and 35" tires (Toyo AT3 I think). Then you can option for the carli/Alcan if you want a lift and then also opt for the 37s.

I almost posted this (website link) yesterday, but it’s dropping tomorrow and last time when they released the HT and I posted here before the drop date, they contacted me to have me remove the post.

It’s a great looking rig and a great proposition. The pricing is introductory, so by the time you can try one it will be 199K+. It’s also a very basic system configuration for the price (very basic truck spec, 270ah, no bath, no AC, etc). For 195K you can buy a Geotrek Verus with full bath, 10000Wh, 1000W of solar, standard AC etc. The Verus chassis has the equivalent features of a F-350 Lariat with premium package (adaptive cruise, etc) which is also an extra 20K over an XLT in the case of the Paragon.
Everything is an option here, so when you tick the must haves, it will be 250-300K.

There are 2 ways to see this: yes they do not force you into a high trim, but also it makes the price looks lower than alternatives, when in reality at similar option and configuration it costs more.

That being said, I still like it. At 200K with maxed out electrical, bath and decent spec truck it would have been a done deal.

When Outpost releases an 8ft flatbed for 80-100K fully loaded, even with adding the chassis would run significantly less than this will fully loaded. At that point I am not sure the extra 100K for this rig will be worth it but we will see.
