wow, I've literally put about 4 hours into finding this via internet...started with just looking for swivel pintles and then moved on to ebay and looking for military surplus then moved onto looking at UK sales and then finally ended with finding this thing at RedNeck Trailer Supplies.
So the RedNeck PN is either (it was unclear) TX017916 or TXo17916 (where zero is replaced with the letter "o")...I think it's the first. It's not the same as the OPs hitch but it's this:

If you look in the comments they even had trouble finding this in their system for me and they don't stock many of them. Either way with tax and shipping it came out to $167.xx
I'm going to pair this with a ring on the trailer side and have ALL of the articulation
