The chief product designer of the Rugged Ridge Spartacus bumper had been posting on WF. I asked him some of these questions but haven't heard back.

The winch mount is separate. They are the same bumper.

Pardon my necromancy, but it's been a good 10 months now. Has anyone purchased and mounted their Tactik bumper yet? I'd like to see some in place on a some different Jeeps. (I'm also curious as to why Rugged Ridge spun need to do a duplicate re-branding for Tactik.)

For some reason I see it looking very similar to a stock Hard Rock bumper. Me personally, I would opt for the ARB over this bumper
