I am changing up my camping setup this year and need to sell my current setup. I have had this tent about 1 year and spent 13 nights in it. It has always been great to me, never leaked in the rain or snow and i have been meticulous about cleaning it and drying it before putting it away. I did replace the outer cover due to a sticky zipper and the new one works great. Overall condition is 9 / 10
