I just wanted to let people know what a great company they are. I had to order a replacement log set for mine, because I got in a hurry to leave and didn't install the styrofoam packing. I called them up and whata know, the designer answered the phone. I let him know how happy I was with the product, told him a few story's. what a humble guy. He sends me over to a really nice lady, who I talk to for a bit. We finally get to ordering my log set, well she knocked off a few bucks, which I didn't expect. Well I received it right on time, but I didn't open it for about a week. When I did, they also through in a free cleaning kit. That's a big deal for a small company in these tough times.
