We explored California last summer in the jeep.. Wanted to get that state behind me....LOL We loved it but hard to find a place to park and gas was very expensive...

My life moves slow these day's but I did get the frame in the garage and started to take it apart.. Cool that the hitch and bumpers came off without any cutting, I hope the rest of the build goes this smooth...

I started stripping the conversion van today and getting it ready to lift.. I'm going to try to do the swap here at my garage so I can take my time and make sure everythings done right...

A lot of rusty bolts in this van chassis, got the rear axle out and the rear springs disassembled and wire wheeled... Ready to paint ...

Did the chainsaw come with the frame? Or are you considering using the saw on the frame?

No a tree fell on my donor body and I had to cut that tree up to get it out... Just haven't put the saw away yet... LOL

Getting some parts painted, I'm hoping to start bolting parts back on and stop taking stuff apart.... Tired of cleaning.....

Another day of eating dirt but the frame is very close to painting and the rear leafs and some other small parts are ready to bolt back on...

Frame and gas tanks painted and I finally get to start bolting things back on today...

Front axle/springs are all I have left. Got new exhaust manifolds, plugs and wires, water pump, belt tensioner, serpentine belt, idler pulley and clutch fan installed this weekend.
