The Carnage Repairs Begin!

Finally getting repairs rolling from the Sierra Caranage. So the oil pan leak? A hole in the upper pan where the front diff hit. Never seen that one before. Also had lose axle tube bolts, things really out of wack. Stay tuned for updates.

Wow! All in huh? What axle? Going coil or leaf? Maybe leaf swap the rear for more clearance; those rear trailing arms are a real good anchor.

Going leafs front, we are going to tweak the rear trailing arms, add pivots and add a skid for anything left hanging down. Wagoner 44 with Cro Mollies.

So I will have the following for sale;

1. Front ARB
2. 3 Spare CVs
3. Spare front tie rods and bar
4. Asian Hubs
5. Front 4.90

If anyone is interested let me know. I really need to sell stuff to help cover some of the costs.

Struggled finding a local Wagoneer axle, so looking at a Toyota front now...

Diamond, Ruffstuff and Trail gear make left hand diff housings you can put under a Montero. By the way there is an abundance of Wagoneer axles here in Az, one right down the street from me actually $400 for the donor truck.
