Found a crack in the line where the eye connects to the banjo bolt. Contacts coil at full steering lock. Any recommendations that would solve this problem?
I don't have my specs on me for my alignment, but I do remember I was at the upper end of the caster I could get.

I took a file down to the banjo bolts I could find locally to gain myself more clearance.

I had custom alignment done. Pushing my caster well pass the factory spec. I wanna say I had it at 2.5 positive caster if not more. Just tell the tech to max the caster into the positive even if it goes pass the spec as long as they keep your camber within spec. My banjo bolt head is shorter compared to yours.

Putting the replacement line and new lower profile bolt on tomorrow. We'll see if I need to grind it but hopefully the alignment will fix the rest. Thanks again

After a long headache with a local shop, I decided to do everything myself from here on out. Its more fun anyways, even if it takes longer. The shop was unable to grasp the concept of the brake lines and banjo bolt and I found a lack of communication between the two guys that work there. After being at work a few days I showed up with a tow truck and took it home, finally I could get the job done right and learn as I go (2 main goals for me).

First up finally fixing this brake line issue.
-Replaced the busted line
-low profile bolts are in

First time I did the swap, a few weeks ago, I used the low profile bolt. Unfortunately I tightened one too much and it snapped off in the caliper. Not much of an issue since I had the replacement bolts that came with the lines (or so I thought). While out towards Jtree, made a hard turn at low to no speed and felt the contact and pop of the line. I took it by a shop and laughed at them when they told me I needed a new caliper. We continued the trip in my girlfriends car and left the truck in a hotel parking lot so I could deal with it the next night. I limped the truck home at 11pm with no traffic in sight (kinda risky I know). I actually drove in the slow lane the entire way, at 50 mph creating space in front of me, to avoid need for brake application. Great gas mileage too. Anyways new line and bolts are in. Only one barely contacts the coil at full lock now without alignment.

Next on my plate was lifting the front and adding 700 lbs springs. My friend has a spring compressor, great shop, and a wealth of knowledge. I'm anticipating the future mods will be a little easier now.

Eibach (1600.300.0700S) 16" x 3" 700lb Purchased these from Accutune offroad

The truck now sits level and will be receiving bumpers, front and rear, once my schedule and Billy's (Brute Force Fab) align.

Since you have access to the spring compressor. You can also clock the springs so it will less likely to hit the brake caliber bolt.

Clock the springs? I'm assuming rotating them right? I didnt find much difference but I could take another stab at it.

Yeah. I rotated mine so the spring end away from the lines iirc.
