Very nice buildup!
But why buying new fenders if the relocation of the fenders can be done easily and in less than an hour? You just need some perforated metal plates and a second set of bolts and screws.
Even relocated the fenders are still very strong, if necessary I can step on them without any problems!
Btw.: I added oval holes to the plates, so if necessary I can slide the fenders in and out just loosening the bolts.

Thanks for info. Tha helps alot. Your measurements are within 2" of being the same as what my plans were. Guess that length will work well then. Thanks again.
I'm working on it. The funds for new items are getting low though. I just dropped some bills on Yakima products for the FJ and trailer. This first outing will be a road tour mostly. I will get something done on the fenders soon though.Looks great! As others have stated extend the fenders to cover the tires.
They will throw crap everywhere.
Thanks very much.Really great job on the build!
Does the longer tongue make for an easier time backing the trailer up? My Bantam has a slightly longer tongue than stock and is a royal PIA to back up with it being such a short overall length trailer, If I have to back down a long ramp I really have to be careful I don't jack knife. Great build, looks really nice!
