Hey Coen,

I'm heading all the way south, need to get to Buenas Aires for Christmas as my family are flying in to see me
I have no plans for Brazil - I think it's an entirely different trip - some day.

I've just driven across The Salt Flats of Uyuni in Bolivia - without a doubt the most surreal, bizzare place I've ever driven a vehicle.

We continued driving south from the Salt flats, all the way down to the border with Chile.

Without a doubt, the most out there, full on adventure of my entire life.

Be sure to really, really wash the car twice or three times.... I mean it!

And yes and no if we are back on the road... Found out what the exploded glowplug means, but I have yet to find a more permanent solution.

I spent a couple of days hiking around mighty Aconcagua mountain (6,962m or 22,841 ft), the tallest mountain on the continent.
Amazing is the only word for it.

You might 'lose' your passport, get another passport from your Embassy without any reference or paperwork for the aforementioned Jeep, then sell the Jeep locally and fly home...But if you end up on an episode of the National Geographic TV program, 'Locked Up Aboard, you didn't hear this idea from me.
