Lookin' good man. We have the same dish set in our Horizon, in the exact same spot and let me tell you... they don't stay put for long. When you get to your destination they're everywhere.

I ended up putting them in a plastic tote.

Well I don't expect them to stay stacked like that, but they are shut in that space pretty well, and should at least stay put within that area.

BTW, thanks everyone, I can't wait to use it and see how she treats us this weekend!

Clark,

It is great to see that you are putting some personal touches on the trailer, and making it even more functional. Nice choice of stoves by the way. I wish I could run down to Pocatello and pick one up for myself.

Good luck this weekend. You know we will all be waiting for the trip report and plenty of pictures.

When they fail I will personally invite you out to Clark's place to re-engineer them. Until then this is a dead issue. The welds are burnt in and I am disinclined to acquiesce to your common sense.

p.s. 10 bonus points to the soul that can devine the hidden movie quote in the reply above.

Pirates of the Caribbean? Google is my friend!

Edit: I really need to look at the dates of the posts before I reply!

Great job on the trailer!

It figures that I would choose to check out your thread around dinner time. those Fijita's look mighty good!

Have fun with your trailer, and keep us posed on the modifications. It would be nice to know what changes you make as you use it.

Happy Trails! :1888fbbd:

So far so good! I couldn't be much happier.

Corona with lime....

I have a few more things in mind, like shelving, and a better way to get in the deeeep rear cargo...I see why top loaders are popular...

....until next time..

Hey folks, long time. Didn't get out much last summer. Only once. I have a two door Jeep now. Should be on a bit more. Was a rough year personally.

Sorry to hear about the year. Great work on the trailer, you have got to be pleased as punch with that thing. Mine is half way done and I like to go and sit next to it while having a beer, "trailer soup for the soul" to be totally cheesy.

nice work

how do you and the fam like the oztent?

The oztent is great. One of the side hinges broke, and I haven't looked into how to get that part yet, but won't be using it this winter. I recomend them to anyone. They are awesome tents.

Thank you, I appreciate it. If all were "well" I'd be out in the woods with my dog and trailer lol! But life has curveballs sometimes, it'll pass.
