Love my Rovers!! They really are a great vehicle. That said I have also owned jeeps. They both have their bonuses. That said, I am a Rover guy, and will stay that way!

never owned a rover, but have always been intrigued by them. Being a jeep guy, I too relate to the more comfort option/s. I see plenty around my town most probably never even locked in to 4wd...

Oh, you really must give them a try. I love wheeling with Jeep owners in Wranglers with 35" tires and big lifts...especially when we come up rough trail and they get out all beat up and I'm not battered at all. :sombrero:

I fell in love with Land Rovers the minute I laid eyes on one when I was 13 years old - the Four Wheel Drive Station Wagon badge on the grill of a 109 just made me think it was the coolest car I'd ever seen. Surprisingly I still feel that way.

I bought my first Land Rover in 1972 and have owned around sixteen of the English beasts since then. They really do become addicting.
