Throwing Knives?

Not sure where to put this post...Do any of you guys take throwing knives to camp? When I was kid, my brotherinlaw would always set up a target and we'd spend hours at it. We would thow at playing cards. There was some kind of scoring system that i can't recall. I haven't done it in years. can anyone recommmend a type/brand of knife?

For us it was tomahawks. I use to throw them in muzzle loader competitions and my buds and I would toss them while sitting around the fire BSing. I don't throw much anymore now, though I've got a couple sweet 'hawks. Never really messed with knives.

I have a couple of throwing knives. I believe they are both Hibbens. Smokey Mountain Knife Works has both hawks and knives.

I have a few cold steel throwing knifes they are super tough and easy to hit with, my friend has a double sided tomahawk that seems to 'stick' almost every throw. Of course you have to be super careful because they sure do bounce around when you miss.
