Don't sweat it.......They'll just send it back to Shenzhen, Guangdong, China for repair and have it back to you in a couple days. If you got it via Amazon or Walmart.com may take a few days longer but the Customer Service Rep you can speak with directly will update you on it's repair status. Good luck!

Exactly...which is why I wouldn’t buy any RTT other than Autohome, Baroud or any of the other smaller manufacturers with actual customer service.
