Just curious; how was 86scotty (Eric's) post rude, disrespectful, disregarding the golden rule? He voiced his opinion of an Earthroamer being useless for his needs, then his post is deleted by a moderator? That does seem bizarre...

Thanks Jeremy. Also, thanks to others who have PM'd me about this and other similar things happening on here these days. I am not alone it seems. Anyway, let's just let this lie. In fact, I deleted my post above and only Dendy's quote of it remains. I wish it were all gone. Not because I don't think it's worth hashing out but because it has just made a mess of @sourdoughben's sale thread. I should note that I only said what I said AFTER he had sold the vehicle, and that was intentional. I'm not the type to just poison somebody's sale thread. Heck, I wish I could afford the Tiger. I commented on it because it's one of my all time favorites.

Either way, doesn't matter, I tried to apologize to Sourdoughben but he doesn't accept PM's so, sorry Ben.

I agree with Dendy's thoughts above and have since discussed this via PM with him. He and I and obviously others who liked his post are on the same page. I've been around here 10 years and have only recently had threads just start disappearing, no logical explanation given, Note I said logical (politics? ). I am generally anti-politics in every arena and certainly this one. Politics is generally poison.

I'm not a problem child and like to think my contributions are valid. Sorry if some don't, especially certain moderators. He mentioned perhaps it was mistakenly deleted. Perhaps so but seems a stretch to me.

Let's just move on.
