Tiger Truck LLC of Oklahoma is an affiliate of ChangAn, the third largest vehicle manufacturer in China. Tiger Truck assembles knocked-down versions of ChangAn's utility vehicles. The vehicle lineup includes single cab and crew cab pickups, a cargo van, and a 4x4 model. Engine choices include gasoline, flex fuel, diesel fuel and electric models.
Presently, Tiger Truck's vehicles are not approved for on-road use in most states, so the Oklahoma facility sells to off-road users (mining, farming and so forth) and for sale in foreign countries with less stringent requirements for on-road use. Prices start around $13,000.
