so we just got back from our trip to yosemite and lake tahoe and it was a good time. The flat towing didn't work out like I had wanted, the 4runner did great but the motorhime couldn't handle it for some reason (we think it was too high and made it very unstable). So after we disconnected in bishop we headed up to yosemite and then after a few days up to lake tahoe. Here are a few misc pics...

Great looking truck.

Do your toes hit the hatch/glass when using the ladder? It looks awefully close to the body of the truck.

What kinda mileage were you guys getting in the 4runner, been thinking about building one similar to yours with a roof rack like that? Looks awsome, I'm headed up to do the Rubicon in 2 weeks and also plan on hitting Lake Tahoe and Yosimite on the way home.

yeah, I believe its at the second step but if ya turn your foot slightly sideways it works great...and it holds me @ 250 plus!

Well, on the way home (50 to the 5) i was getting almost 18mpg but i need to regear to 4.88.
