Where is best place to find torque specs for suspension, ubolts, shackle, coil springs, etc?

The best place by far is the Toyota factory service manual. If you don't want to buy paper copies, you can buy a one-day subscription from the Toyota on-line tech site and download it with a broad-band connection.

Yes Svc manual is way to go, prefer not to spend the cash. So many here have replaced suspension hoping someone may just have the numbers.
