I think you need to be more clear about the year when you post these things. A lot of people may not understand that they ARE NOT ROAD LEGAL. Thanks.

Okay.
These cars are ex-military and we have to export them as parts from Japan. They don't have any documents and frame numbers. We remove roof, door, windshield tyres and load to container. Some of my customers managed some how to make them road legal in US(they didn't share information how they did it) but most of them use cars in off roads. Cars I'm offering manufacture years oldest 1997 year and youngest 2004 manufacture date.

As long as 25 years old they are good

Not quite in this case. Since they are imported as parts with no VIN attached your ability to put it together and license will vary largely by where you live. I would guess that the ones that have been "legally" licensed have been done as either a Hobby Car or through some shady title washing. I watched this with JDM cars several times and in some states you would never have a problem, in a State like California it can end up impounded and crushed.

I would advise that before anyone purchase something like this they look into their state's laws regarding titling a vehicle that has no VIN.

Yes, maybe you are right. I don't have any information on that. Only what I know is that people use it in off-road, forests, mountains and others places.
