Trailer Roof-rack crossbars

We are fabricating roof racks for Horizon trailers in the next week or so. I thought I'd extend the offer to fabricate cross bars and uprights to anyone who was interested.

The standard cross bars are 48" long and 4 inches high, the feet are 4" X 1.5" X 3/16". Our uprights are welded 40" outside to outside. We can place the uprights anywhere you want them on the crossbar.

The ends of the crossbars have plastic tube inserts.

We make the racks out of 1 1/2" X 3/4" X 16 gauge rectangular steel tubing, powder coated black. Thule accessories fit well.

The cost for 3 crossbars is $280.00 so long as they are 48" long, 4 inches high, powder-coated black.

If you need something that is a simple variation on length and height I can quote you a price. No custom powder coat colors.

E mail me if your interested, martyn@adventuretrailers.com

Nevermind I read through it again and noticed the 40" width mark. Sorry.

Let me know what width you require them and I'll get a quote for you.

I'm at work right now but I think my bed width is 48" end to end. I was thinking of bolting these to my bed for a RTT and if I have a need to use the bed then I can easily unbolt these as my truck is still a DD. One more thing, if you can relocate the upright bars, can you also make them taller, like 7"? Thanks.

We can make them to your specifications. E-mail me the specs.

Martyn, my crossbars arrived yesterday. They look great. I'll be sure to post pics under my m416 build after it gets back from sandblasting and painting. Thanks again!
