I do, but I would assume off-highway trailer pullers are in the minority.

You betcha! I usually tow my trailer in and set up a base camp, then disconnect for local exploring and fun without the trailer in tow.

Yep, carry all the gear on the trailer. When I get to where I'm going I drop it and setup camp and carry just what I need in the jeep when out and about.
Much more fun than having to unload and load up the jeep when on a trip.

For now I just go camping while at Rausch Creek off road park in PA, no real expeditions for me, but I throw all my camping junk in the trailer and just pack the LJ for the trail.

Picked it up on Craigslist for $180, needed a little work and paint. Just temporary till I get the funds to make a trailer with a cover and possible RTT.

Yep, if we are camping overnight, our Kamparoo comes with us. Day trips, it stays home.

It's a King Kamper or imported Kimberley Kamper from Austrailia. There are a couple for sale in the Vehicle sale section if you get interested. :elkgrin:
