Trak Shak in the US

Thanks for the information! I think I will email them and see what their spring rates are for your top. I do travel by myself (man and dog) and can open and close it by myself. I get a little worried if the wind is blowing very hard as it makes a big sail going over center. Have fun with that trailer! Tom

Would anyone be able to get me dimensions of the trailer. Trailer box length, height, and width, width to the outside of the fenders, tongue length, tent box width, length, and height, also height from the ground to the bottom of the trailer?
I am super curious about how it compares to what I currently have.

Reviving an old thread here. But I have a Trakshak trailer that is about to go on the market, If the weather is nice this week I'll get photos taken and post them up on the For Sale section.

Replaced the wooden sections under the mattresses, tossed the stock pads and added two 5" gel memory foam mattresses, brand new battery. Dometic 80L Fridge. Still have all of the original storage bins and kitchen system all in great shape.

Brushed, washed and Nikwax Cotton Proofed ALL canvas inside an out. This stuff is amazing, canvas was looking dingy, showing some crease marks and getting a bit stiff after years of use. Lightly brushed away all the dirt, washed the canvas with water and a drywall sponge and then washed again with the Nikwax Cotton Proof and the canvas looks and feels brand new again.

This thing was absolutely amazing for our family of 4 with 2 kiddos and a dog! We are selling everything, putting our house on the market and going to travel full time in an RV for a couple years before the kids start school. Don't have anywhere to store this thing for a couple years or we would be hanging onto it forever. It is a shame they didn't sell these in the USA because they are truly bad-ass and the independent suspension floats over the trails.
